SelectHealth is the new name of IHC Health Plans, Inc., as of April 2006. SelectHealth is an integrated subsidiary of Intermountain HealthCare. SelectHealth will take on the responsibility for all contractual and legal agreements that were entered into by IHC Health Plans. This change will not affect members' network of providers, benefits, or premiums.
