KPS Health Plans is a nonprofit preferred provider organization (PPO) in the state of Washington. KPS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Group Health Cooperative (GHC). KPS Health Plans has been providing quality health plans, coupled with excellent customer service, for over sixty years. It was established by the physicians of the Kitsap County Medical Society in 1946.
